Role Synopsis
- Manage project delivery according to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage project audits with regards to policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure that the project is compliant within the legal framework established.
- Ensure compliance in terms of Framework regarding contractual issues.
- Manage customer and client relationship (external, internal, and cross discipline interfaces).
- Governance with regards to Construction Management
- Report on own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- 8 to 10 years of Construction management experience in heavy industrial environmental, preferably in the construction and mining industry
- Min. 1 to 3 years in Project management
- Min. 8 years exp in construction & engineering environment
- Min. 5 years leading cross functional teams.
- Min. 5 years working with EPC/M.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Construction/Technical Qualification
- Advantage
- South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP)
- Construction Management Qualification NQF Level 5
