Description

Bontle Consulting & Services is growing. We are needing to add more Talent Partners to our team.

We pay excellent commission. It's 50% on placements,

An incentive of 10%, if you place more than R250k in a quarter,

You are responsible for some of your own business development, however you are also welcome to assist other recruiters with their positions as well.

We are generic, we do not specialise in specific industries but we are in almost all industries.

You are allowed to work in your residential areas.

It is a remote work, it is full time and not freelance. We do not micromanage. We have always worked remotely.

We are an awesome team. experienced, mature and collaborative. You will enjoy working with us. We have a number of structured meetings

Must have previous 360 recruitment experience,
