To co-ordinate and manage digital information, including the brands social media platforms, websites & campaigns. And to oversee all administrative functions of the team, as directed by the Team Lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media Management
- Coordinate digital campaigns
- Social media community management
- Coordinate digital Direct Marketing and monthly support
- Conducting research on industry trends
- Administration support
- To uphold and promote the company values
Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Diploma certificate in marketing, social media or related fields.
0-2 years' experience in a similar role
Computer literate
Knowledge of current digital trends and innovations
Proven working experience in community management
Experience in launching social media initiatives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of business and commerce
Creative writing skills (Copywriting)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to create content
Social media savvy
Understanding of community etiquette and respect
Ability to problem-solve when dealing with high pressure situations
Ability to identify and track relevant digital and social metrics
