JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious - Hotel in Cape Town to recruit an experienced and energetic
HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING to join their team.

Requirements:

A Minimum of 5 years housekeeping management experience working for a luxury hotel.
Rooms Division experience and a Hospitality Diploma advantageous.
Highly Presentable with a keen eye for detail, responsible with strong stock control skills.
Computer literate with experience in hospitality property and stock management software packages.
Good command of the English language (verbal & Written) with knowledge of Xhosa and Afrikaans an advantage.
A good understanding of chemicals and fabrics and the maintenance technical aspects of a hotel.
Guest centric outlook and eager to deliver exceptional standards and service.
Friendly, positive leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Flexible to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
Stable employment history and written references.
