JOB TITLE:
MANAGER- LABOUR RELATIONS





REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
MARKET RELATED (CTC)





POSITION STATUS:
PERMANENT


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A relevant full qualification with at least a NQF level7 (Bachelor's degree/ Advanced Diploma) plus 5 years relevant experience (La b o u r Relations)
    OR a full qualification with a NQF level 4 ( Matric/ Grade 12) plus at least 11 years relevant experience (Labour Relations)
  • A valid Code EB driver's license
*(_full qualification = at least 120 credits_)


STRONG RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in legal drafting
  • Manage collective bargaining and dispute resolution processes
  • Knowledge of public sector Acts, Regulations and Prescripts
  • Managerial capabilities

  • Management of all activities relating to the protection of members' rights and the promotion of their interests
  • Management of provincial collective bargaining and dispute resolution processes
  • Manage effective relationships with relevant stakeholders and provision of support to roleplayers
