JOB TITLE:
MANAGER- LABOUR RELATIONS
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
MARKET RELATED (CTC)
POSITION STATUS:
PERMANENT
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant full qualification with at least a NQF level7 (Bachelor's degree/ Advanced Diploma) plus 5 years relevant experience (La b o u r Relations)
OR a full qualification with a NQF level 4 ( Matric/ Grade 12) plus at least 11 years relevant experience (Labour Relations) - A valid Code EB driver's license
STRONG RECOMMENDATIONS
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in legal drafting
- Manage collective bargaining and dispute resolution processes
- Knowledge of public sector Acts, Regulations and Prescripts
- Managerial capabilities

- Management of provincial collective bargaining and dispute resolution processes
