Regional Sales Manager - Johannesburg, South Africa - the Employment Channel

What will you be doing?
The role reports into the Business Unit Director of Advanced Wound Care and is responsible for the achievement of the company objectives and management of the relevant region of South Africa.
What will you need to be successful?
- Achieve sales targets as agreed for the year.
- Monitor service levels within the region
- Provide recommendations for the improvement of performance levels and the attainment of strategic objectives within the region.
- Provide regular feedback on competitive activity within the region.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Have a working relationship with all departments.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, symposiums, workshops and other related activities.
- Matric Qualification
- Degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences
- At least 8 years of postqualification sales experience. Of which a min of 5 years medical device/pharma sales experience
- Minimum of 2 year's Sales Management experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical field.
- Extensive knowledge of the Medical Devices Industry
- Demonstrated track record of expertise and career progress, within the medical devices landscape and the ability to develop strong relationships with KOL's.
