Looking for aMarketing Manager/Specialist for a renown global company.

Flexible working hours, hybrid work environment based in a secure office park around Constantia

Lead the marketing team and ensure the successful development and execution of marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget, maintaining& training a newly developed marketing team, and liaising with 3rd party providers to ensure our vision and strategy are executed effectively & within budget, ensuring all these efforts are being driven towards a monthly target.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve marketing targets.
Liaise with a 3rd part company in managing paid media campaigns, including

Google ads, Meta ads & analytics tracking.

Oversee website management, ensuring that the website is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performance and achieve targets.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
35 years of experience in marketing.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking.
Experience with digital marketing channels, including Google Ads & Meta platforms.
Experience with website management, including SEO optimization and user experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Salary:
R40, R50,000.00 per month
