New products present new challenges in terms of sourcing and purchasing raw materials, engineering and manufacturing, and supply chain planning.


As a Technical Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping our production personnel with the technical skills and knowledge needed to excel in our evolving manufacturing environment.

You will support the definition of standards setting, troubleshooting list and best practices for existing products/machines, during industrialization phase.

Your 'day to day


Sustainability:

  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Foster a safety culture emphasizing preventive and predictive approaches.

Quality:

  • Deliver comprehensive technical training to production personnel across local and global PMI manufacturing sites.
  • Supervise trainees to ensure compliance with company policies and objectives, providing onthejob coaching as needed.

Delivery:

  • Collaborate with OEMs to craft and implement effective technical training programs and materials.
  • Document all training activities for monitoring and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in decisionmaking regarding trainee qualification.

Cost Management:

  • Lead On-TheJob Trainers to enhance training materials and methodologies.
  • Establish tools for verifying standard knowledge and skills.
  • Define appropriate training followup procedures.

Morale:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert during problemsolving exercises and improvement projects.
  • Promote information sharing and accelerated learning through training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to parttime trainers, ensuring quality training delivery.
Who we're looking for

  • Engineering bachelor's degree/National Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in a technical training role within a production/maintenance/engineering environment
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in English and the Microsoft Office suite
