Luxury 4-star Hotel (51 rooms) and the Conference Centre hosting 10 to 700 delegates.


Our client is seeking a versatile Food and Beverage Stock Controller who will also handle administrative tasks, assist in finance-related duties (debtors and creditors), support reception and reservations with bookings, assist guests, and undertake various responsibilities for their conference centre and 4-star hotel in Sandton.


Qualifications

  • Advantageous experience with Plus Point, Plus Point Central, and Apex
  • Proven expertise in food and beverage stock control
  • Experience in filing, managing debtors, and creditors
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and reception/reservations duties

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with booking systems
  • Effective time management abilities
