Description
A groundbreaking Technology and Office Automation corporate with a range of over 2500 products are currently looking for a suitable Branch Manager to manage the operations and various staff members within their Cape Town branch based in Killarney Gardens.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Buyers and other merchandisers to plan product ranges
- Understand, discuss and sell ROI to customers
- Implement and manage sales forecasts and predict future sales and profits
- Supervise and train staff members
- Managing levels and distribution of stock
- Manage four Key Account Managers
- Assess sales performance of product ranges
- Manage Sales staff members according to various business plans
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing
- Matric certificate
- Proven working experience within a sales management role
- Strong commercial acumen skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience of disciplinary process
Salary:
R720,000.00 per year

Western Cape:
