Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for comparing call cycle data with call vehicle tracker information and reporting on trends and behaviors that do not conform to the correct behavior
  • Responsible for analyzing sales data, action various comparisons and creating reports
  • Provide and execute sales operations activities
  • Provide recommendations on sales operations structuring and alignment to the sales process

Key skills:


  • Strong data analytical person Detail oriented,
  • Strong communication skills Innovative in addressing the requirement i.e. find ways to automate and find ways of improving the process,
  • Strong Excel skills,
  • Able to collaborate and work in a team,
  • Technically minded,
  • Having SQL skills would advantageous,
  • Understand databases,
  • Good Customer service and understanding of how to prioritize,
  • Business Intelligence reporting ability experience with Qlik tools advantageous,
  • Understanding compliance reporting essential,
  • Good reportwriting skills,
  • Selfdirected and selfmotivated,

Qualifications:


  • Relevant BCom
  • Graduates with 2 years' work experience must be able to do data analytics, not technical necessarily but must have aptitude for looking for patterns, etc

OR

  • At least 5 years' experience in compliance
  • Must be analytical
