POSITION:
_Production Support Clerk_

JOB DIMENSION:

Analyze and provide accurate production and stock control information:

Reconcile and evaluate production raw material input/throughput and integration

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
-
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual throughput/production reports using Innova:

-
Production and yield analysis:

-
Assist with NPD as and when required:

Assist with bi-annual and annual Stocktaking function:

-
Analyze Discrepancies NAV / Innova and prepare variance reports:

Prepare month end production reports and verify output journals prior to posting:

-
Assist in the compliance of NRCS / HACCP and MSC Requirements where needed

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
-
Bachelor of Commerce /B-TECH Degree:

2 years' experience, in a similar field would be favorable**
SKILLS & ABILITIES

-
Excellent numerical, analytical and administrative skills:

Good understanding of NAV and Innova:

-
Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel:

Methodical/Meticulous:

-
Ability to function independently and under pressure
