Job Description:


Accountability:
Business Development Support

  • Collate information received from clients, consultants and relationship executives to facilitate quality customer service and support and conformance to bank policy and Procedural requirements (Deeds office searches, CPIC searches).
  • Ensure receipt of confirmation in relation to Regulatory requirements such as CASA
  • Facilitate effective Deal Implementation process runs with the view to ensuring competitive turnaround times are achieved by engaging with all stakeholders in the value chain.
  • Establish and maintain good professional relationships with all internal and external Stakeholders i.e. Client, Attorneys, Consultants, Relationship Executives, Business Bankers, Transactional Bankers, Valuations Department, Credit Department, BPM, Legal and Docman Department.
  • Prepare information for client meetings upon requests from the Consultant or Regional Head.
  • Liaise with the broker to obtain an insurance quote for development loans (to confirm with Docman) CLS captures Insurance leads on Salesforce/ Customer One.
  • Administer the progress payment process to ensure payments are made in accordance with the client's requests or alternatively alert the Consultant to any discrepancies.
  • Assist with the resolution and management of customer complaints at the request of the Regional Manager/ Head
  • Create Box folders and load supporting documents for new facilities
  • Creation of memos and consents onto the e4 system
  • Statements to be provided to clients on request
  • PLOC loaded for new clients and updated accordingly

Accountability:
Risk Mitigation and Portfolio Management

  • Responsible for the collation of all documentation required for the fulfilment of development loan conditions.
  • Responsible for the authority sought for any release of collateral in conjunction with the Consultant
  • Responsible for authority sought in respect of expired credit approvals and the extension of long stop dates in conjunction with the Consultant
  • Responsible for authority sought in respect of any property variations in conjunction with the Consultant
  • Act as a principal point of contact in the absence of the CPF Consultant
  • Visit client with the CPF Consultant to establish client needs & obtain the required information to enable deal implementation, only in need.

Accountability:
Admin Control

  • To ensure that all client information is placed is uploaded on to Box.
  • To ensure that all client correspondence is treated confidentially and there is business continuity regarding the information received.
  • To ensure that all the required MI is updated as and when required and correct.
  • Create Box folders and load supporting documents for new facilities
Education

National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
