Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consulting Services Manager to head our growing professional services team.

You and your team will work closely with our growing client base of over 3,000 nonprofit organizations to drive successful project outcomes, helping them achieve their critical missions.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Collaborate with our nonprofit clients to understand their goals, objectives, and needs. Develop and propose comprehensive and profitable solutions to those needs.

Resource Management:
Allocate and manage consulting resources effectively

Project Execution:
Oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgetary guidelines, and quality standards. Coordinate and lead project team meetings, track progress, and provide guidance to consultants working on the project.

Communication and Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure transparency in project communication.

Requirements:

A business degree, and experience in the nonprofit sector, with an emphasis on fundraising.
Proven experience as a team leader in a consulting environment, with specific experience working with nonprofit organizations.
Deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, including its unique challenges, funding landscape, and regulatory environment.
Strong project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including nonprofit leaders, and funders.
Strong business development, analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to address complex challenges.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving nonprofit environment.
Knowledge of fundraising and grant management principles is desirable.

Temporary

Salary:
R70 000,00 - R100 000,00 per month
