Description

We are looking for a young, sassy and dynamic Executive Assistant to work with the MD of a portfolio of luxury restaurants and hotels.


  • Be a young, dynamic gogetter
  • Have worked at least 3 years as a PA for a high profile businessman
  • Be extremely organised with great time management skills
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to be a gracious gate keeper to suppliers and others wanting to meet with the MD
  • Be able to remain calm in a busy and oftenchanging environment
  • Be flexible and able to meet outside of working hours
  • Understand luxury hospitality
  • Be discreet and confidential when it comes to the private affairs of the owner
Role requirements

  • No diary management involved, but you will be required to liaise with suppliers and others wanting to gain access to the MD and screen who is most relevant
  • Handle the personal affairs of the MD
  • Assist the restaurant operations with general administration
