Leading contract catering company requires a specialist to secure new business, support the business through the efficient management of tender and proposal processes and other sales related activities

5+ years' outsourced catering experience
Experience in a dedicated new sales & business development function for a corporate entity
Have necessary relationships within the private sector and Government departments, and sectors to include
Industrial, Mining, Corporate, Educational, Healthcare, and be able to interact at multiple levels across all sectors
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical, planning & organisational skills
Communication & negotiation skills
