Description
Kendrick Recuitment is now in search of a Operations Manager for an Excursions and tours company.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Adhere to high level of service standards.
  • Manage guides & drivers daily.
  • Spot check and Site visits with General Manager to ensure company standards are adhered to by all drivers.
  • Ensure fleet of vehicles is checked and repaired timeously. Timeous renewal of licences and permits for fleet of vehicles.
  • Stock control of all items on Operations Site, such as Diesel, Oil, Spares, Game Drive equipment.
Able to work under extreme pressure at times and flexible hours. Work alternative weekends with another OPS team member. Basic Mechanical, Auto Electrical & Panel beating experience will be an advantage. Computer literacy a must. Valid PDP driver's licence a must.

Live out position. Salary DOE. To start ASAP.
