Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 510 years experience in customer relationship management, corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications
  • Familiarity with home loan products, mortgage lending processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Demonstrate ability to create highquality written content for diverse audiences and channels
  • Experience managing media relations, securing press coverage, and responding to media inquiries
