Isando is seeking a skilled
Executive: Business Development & Sales to join their team.


Salary:
R950k - R1mill per annum (CTC)


Purpose of the job:


They will be reporting to the CEO, the Executive for Sales and Business Development will work closely with the Executive Team, pricing team and other internal stakeholders to drive and execute the Company's Sales, Business Development and Business Intelligence strategy to advance our competitive position in the market.


Requirements:


  • Business Management Qualification, Degree or bachelor's degree or related qualification
  • 10+ years working experience in Sales, Business Development with a track record of delivering results and business impact.
  • Prior management and staff management experience required.
  • Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team and establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and relevant stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in management
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the value chain in contract & Customer Management

Salary:
R950, R1,000,000.00 per year
