Branch Manager


Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to join their company based in Paarden Eiland, managing the branch by effectively organizing, planning, controlling, and directing company resources in order to increase revenue and profitability of the business.

Provides leadership, training, and supervision to all employees within the organization


Qualifications:


  • Minimum: Grade 12 plus a oneyear qualification in business management plus management experience.
  • Desired: National Diploma in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing or equivalent.
  • Advantageous: MBA or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Competent in MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email

Skills:


  • Proven track record in sales and/or sales or branch management experience.
  • Experience in sales in the Western Cape region is an advantage.
  • Experience in heavy equipment rental and sales is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in management or supervisor experience.
  • Proven track record in working with systems.
  • High communication and people skills.
  • Ability to read and understand management accounts, especially income statements.
  • Strong sales ability
  • Strong administrative ability
  • Management presentation skills
  • Results oriented.
  • Oral and written English correspondence skills.
