Job Advert Summary:


Eduvos is looking to hire the services of Enrolment Temps at our
Pretoria campus for the 2024 intake period.

Minimum Requirements:


In order to be considered for the opportunity, the following minimum requirement must be met:

  • A student currently in their final year or
  • Has already completed and graduated from their course

Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Support the students on campus / online with all enrolment related queries and processes
  • Support teams on campus with Data Integrity check
  • Assist students and prospective students with campus tours and logístical navigation for classes
  • Assist all relevant departments involved with enrolment with administrative tasks and duties to expedite an excellent student experience
  • To assist in the administration and activities as required for the execution of a fasttracked enrolment process where applicable to the Pre-Enrolment campaign
  • Scanning and saving of Personal Information of prospective students as is needed for enrolment from a regulatory perspective
