Description

Steel Fabrication and Construction company in North West in need of a Qualified Instrument Mechanician - Underground Mining for a

1 year fixed term contract to be based at a mine close to Brits, North West.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12/Matric or NQF 4 Equivalent
Certified Competent as Instrument Mechanician (Trade Certificate) section 13 or section 26D with record of training
Knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act No. 29 of 1996 and Regulations
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Proof of clear Criminal Record (Clearance Certificate)
Valid Medical Certificate of Fitness
Underground mining experience required
Valid driver's license
Own transport

Please note:
the position will not receive overtime rates at 1.5 for overtime worked. They will receive standard hourly rates for overtime worked
