Our client, an established IT Service management company are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to join their team.
The Workplace Experience Manager is office-based position and is responsible for creating a positive experience for all internal and external clients at the Rosebank office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading a team and managing daily operations of all office and warehouse related matters
- Escalation of matters
- Supporting teams by creating a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment in which _each employee may focus on their core responsibility and be most effective, productive and happy_
- Office Administration:_
- Reception:_
- Managing the reception team consisting of two receptionists at the Rosebank Office and One at the Laser Park Warehouse
- Office Cleanliness:_
- An outsourced cleaning team consisting of a Supervisor and several cleaners are responsible for cleaning the offices and common areas at the Rosebank office. The Workplace Experience Manager will work closely with this team ensuring that all areas are up to standard
Maintenance:
- Managing the Maintenance Officer
- Workplace Security:_
- Working closely with the appointed security service providers to ensure all security protocol is adhered to, alarm system and access control technology is maintained and security personnel in the lobby is representative maintains a professional image when interacting with visitors
- Workplace Communication:_
- Event Coordination:_
- Assisting with employee events including staff meetings, yearend functions, conferences, trainings at the office
- Health & Safety:_
- Ensure that statutory Health and Safety requirements are met at the Rosebank Office and the Laser Park Warehouse
- Building Management:_
- Liaising with building management where needed including cleanliness of lobby, parking bays, signage and other concerns which may affect the employees or reflect negatively on our brand
- Financial:_
- Managing all supplier accounts related to your portfolio
- Managing expenses related to your portfolio

- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to organise and prioritise when under pressure
Education and Qualification:
- Matric
- Administration / Facilities / Hospitality Qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years Leadership / Management experience
Remuneration on Offer:
- R R30 000 per month (based on experience and/or qualifications)
Salary:
R25, R30,000.00 per month
