Description
We are inviting enthusiastic and competent_University Graduates_ for an Internship at our company.
The focus of this Internship will be to support the general administration of HR processes and provide a professional HR service to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with projects and research
- Assist with checking that timesheets have been updated and approved in time for payroll
- Quality check documentation that adheres to standardized processes
- Assist with Industrial relations procedures
- Assist with Training & development processes
- Assist with recruitment & selection
- Assist with taking minutes of meetings
- Coordinate employee events.
Requirements:
- Grade 1
- National Diploma in HR Management
- Computer Literate (Ms Office)
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Resides in Cape Town
