Job Title:
Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist


Type of Employment:
Long Term Contract, 12 months to start


ABOUT THE JOB:


A Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization hires top talent and maintains a strong employer brand.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Responsible for recruitment process from start to hire.
  • Place vacancy adverts in various media platforms and manage the responses thereof.
  • Conduct MIE checks, etc.
  • Facilitating and partake in interviews.
  • Conducting assessments.
  • Maintain the movement sheet (keeping it updated).
  • Maintain the companys ATS System (CSOD).
  • Developing a pipeline/ database of talent for future hiring.
  • Liaise and advise the hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools and techniques including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Understanding and adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO/ Employment Equity) and other employment laws and regulations.

PACKAGE & REMUNERATION:


  • Negotiable depending on Qualifications and Experience.
