Telesales Representative - Pharmaceutical Company

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Telesales Representative at our renowned pharmaceutical company.

We are seeking driven, ambitious individuals who are motivated by financial rewards and have a minimum of 1 year of sales or call-centre experience.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our pharmaceutical products and services.
Effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis through persistent and persuasive selling techniques.
Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Must have obtained Matric Certificate or higher
Must be bilingual (English & 1 other South African language)
Minimum of 1 year of sales or callcentre experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
