IT GRADUATE (3 MONTHS WORK INTEGRATED LEARNING OPPORTUNITY)
Casidra currently seeks to recruit an IT Graduate.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues / queries
  • Install and configure software, hardware for desktops and laptops
  • Upkeep of desktops and laptops
  • Maintenance: ensure that systems are backed up and that all backups are in working order
  • Document all tasks, duties and assets
  • Provide solutions for frequently asked questions
  • Remote support for remote sites
  • Support: internal and external stakeholders

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A recently completed tertiary IT qualification (A+ or N+)
  • An IT qualification relating to MCSE would be advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of MS Windows, MS Office, TCP/IP, Printers
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problemsolving and good analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask & use Initiative
  • Good knowledge of PC's and faultfinding
  • Positive attitude
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Teamplayer
  • Valid driver's license
