Currently recruiting for an
HOTEL ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER for a 5 Hotel in Cape Town to assist the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly, concentrating on the Food and Beverage Department.

Requirements:

Hospitality Management qualification
Must have very strong Food and Beverage / Banqueting experience.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Good observation skills.
At least 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and possibly international experience.
