You will lead a managed service team up to level 1, as well as vendors and other parties.
They are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager with the following experience:
Proven track record in a Service Delivery Manager role
Experience leading a team of people
Ability to run incidents really well
Confidence to pull the right people together to get things done
Previous experience working in complex environments
Experience in defining service level agreements (SLAs) and monitoring their performance
Strong knowledge of IT service delivery management and related processes
Experience in managing relationships with customers and stakeholders
Experience in managing risks to service delivery
Excellent communication and delegation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
