Perform bookkeeping up to Trial Balance
Manage creditors and debtors
Compile Month End Packs
Handle trust accounts with precision
Utilize banking experience to streamline financial transactions
Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for various departments
Ensure timely and accurate VAT submissions
Conduct audit reconciliations and preparation
Experience in cash flow management and budgeting is advantageous
Property industry experience is desirable
Handle payroll responsibilities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Manage statutory submissions including EMP201, 501'S, WCA, and UIF
Oversee leave and HR admin tasks
Proficiency in Xero, PaySpace, and Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel skills, including experience with formulas

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma required
Minimum 5-8 years experience
Bookkeeping Accountant 5 years
Zero and payspace experience
