Front-of-House Manager

Role Description:


As the maestro of our front-of-house operations, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring that every guest is treated to a dining experience that exceeds expectations.


Your responsibilities will include:

Guest Relations:

Exude the essence of hospitality by cultivating a warm and inviting ambiance, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cherished the moment they enter our establishment.

Foster meaningful connections with locals and create a loyal customer base. Possess the ability to think on your feet, find solutions, and act quickly.

Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead our front-of-house team, cultivating exceptional service and a positive, collaborative work environment. Demonstrate outstanding people management skills to bring out the best in your team.

Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and staff scheduling, to ensure seamless service. Ensure the highest standards when it comes to product quality and cleanliness. Make sure the entire establishment is well-maintained and that everything is in good working order.

Wine and Beverage Expertise:
Showcase your knowledge of wines and beverages, guiding guests through an exquisite selection that complements their dining experience.

Performance Optimization:
Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, elevate service standards, and contribute to the restaurant's overall success. Be hands-on and willing to get involved in the operation wherever necessary.


Requirements:


  • 3 Years' experience as a FOH/Restaurant Manager.
  • Exceptional multitasking and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent time management, able to meet exact deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Outgoing people's person.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
