What We're Looking For:

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Work with customers to understand business goals and key requirements for medium complexity system enhancements, automations, and other requests.
Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues and develop quick workarounds and longterm solutions to address root causes with assistance from the team.
Build and enhance mediumcomplexity business processes using low to nocode automation tools (e.g., Zapier, ).
Train and coach internal customers to selfserve creation of low complexity automations using supported tools and low complexity configuration changes in supported SaaS tools.
Create documentation and provide training for the internal IT Helpdesk team to support and manage access for SaaS systems and tools
Administer user accounts and policy such that we meet the proper blend of user experience and adherence business requirements
Contribute to largescale team projects by tackling individual tasks and documenting changes

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

2-5+ years' experience administering business critical SaaS Applications such as Atlassian Cloud, Google Workspace, Smartsheets, and Slack in a complex technology environment
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to operate in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
Ability to work in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
Strong communication abilities, verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and 35+ years' experience in a SaaSbased environment
