LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICER

JD:
**1 According to the monthly allocation by different clients, in charge of the whole process from booking trucks from transporters for prescribed routes, loading order, to tracking them on tracking report. Monitor and track transportation activities to ensure they adhere to the established schedule.

2 Over seeing the stock reports of cargo received from different mines and warehouses. Timely adjustment of transportation plans based on stock levels.

3 Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in land transportation.

4 Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, clearance agency and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

5 Communicate effectively with customers and clients to provide updates on shipment status, delivery times, and any potential delays.

6 Prepare reports and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
**1 One year or more experience in land transportation, logistics, or a related field.

2 Proficient in EXCEL, WORD and other common office software.

3 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4 Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

5 Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

6 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
