Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with online systems.

Copywriting:
Strong copywriting and instructional text creation skills.

Quality Assurance:
Proficient in copy, fact

Checking, and maintaining accuracy.

Drive and oversee online projects, providing support to internal stakeholders.

Multitasking:

Support Materials:

LMS Oversight:
Review and provide support for the Learning Management System (LMS).

Quality Assurance:
Conduct proofreading and course testing to ensure high

Create captivating learning activities and compelling course materials to improve retention and knowledge transfer.

Audience Focus:
Identify and address the specific training needs of the target audience.

Research:
Conduct instructional research and analyze learner and content data.
