Job Purpose

_ Job Performance Criteria_

Application Support

  • Queries to be resolved within client SLA's agreed.
  • Manage client expectations where relevant

SOP's

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Application Support procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Assist with building out the knowledge base for selfhelp support resolution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Work with the support team to develop best practice in Application Support; identifying areas of improvement and driving implementation.

Application Testing

  • Assist with Application testing for new features / bug fixes prior to deployment to Production

Qualifications and experience requirements

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical education programs.
  • Experience with Application testing and Support
  • Supply Chain technology experience will be advantageous.
  • 24 years experience in a similar role
