Introduction

Role Purpose

The Product Support Specialist will support the product development team in the administration of premium discounts, special quotes, product enquiries, intermediary report and other product support services.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Grade12/Matric
Diploma Business Administration, Finance, or Insurance advantageous.

Experiance

At least 1 years' experience in a similar role.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the actuarial, underwriting, sales, and other teams to understand client needs in generating competitive quotes.
Monitor and track the progress of special quotes, following up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
Provide support in communicating special quote details to stakeholders as and when required.
Collaborate with the Special Quote Administrator to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing necessary changes.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact special quotes administration.
Assist the product development team with recording, monitoring, and reporting of special quotes.
Assist with product queries to the sales channel, underwriting, claims and other departments.
Assist the channel with LifeReturns and Screening.
Provide channel support on site where required
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all special quotes, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
