  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Preferred 13 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities but not limited to:


  • Coordinate bookings and reservations for our wine estate.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the FOH Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate filming and photo shoots on the estate.
  • Organize and set up all functions/events, including tastings, meetings, staff functions, and marketing events.
  • Assist in managing supplier relationships.
  • Responsible for reordering retail stock as needed.
  • Ensure all orders are documented and signed by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Pay:
R18, R25,000.00 per month
