- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with strong administrative abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Preferred 13 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Coordinate bookings and reservations for our wine estate.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the FOH Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager
- Coordinate filming and photo shoots on the estate.
- Organize and set up all functions/events, including tastings, meetings, staff functions, and marketing events.
- Assist in managing supplier relationships.
- Responsible for reordering retail stock as needed.
- Ensure all orders are documented and signed by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

R18, R25,000.00 per month
