Job Summary:

To produce as per given methods learning WCM methods and Quality AM. the skills to maintain the machines as per AM

What you will do:

Follow production safety rules
Work according to existing procedures/standards. Continuously improve these procedures/standards as required
Ensure that production is carried out according to the production plan
Ensure that all quality parameters are continuously met and carry out all quality checks as required
Prepare paperboard splices on time and as per standard
Execute assigned tasks during setups to minimise setup time and waste
Communicate any nonconformances to the Laminator Operator
Identify anomalies and raise tags
Remove tags by correcting anomalies
Participate in WCM teams
Create OPLs and SOPs

We believe you have:

High school Matric (Completed)
High attention to detail
Understanding of Laminating/coating process
Able to perform tasks autonomously
Understanding of WCM
Understanding of Quality Parameters
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a team
Ability to be agile and respond rapidly to changes
