Job Description:


Customs Clearing Instruction processing

  • Receiving request from Broker
  • Collection related shipping information from different system
  • Fill out customs clearance sheet
  • Getting signature and submit document to Broker

Invoice verification for foreign trade services**- Transport & Broker Service

  • VAT & Duty

Supporting inbound and outbound team at daily operation

Qualifications:


EDUCATION:


  • Minimum Matric
  • Logistics degree or Foreign trade
  • 23 years practical experience in foreign trade
  • Profound knowledge of Logistics and Foreign trade

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:


  • Entrepreneurial and customeroriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Strong IT-Skills (e.g. SAP, MS Office)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Autonomous working
  • Responsible, reliable, and selfmotivated
  • Fluent in English language is a must
