Job Desciption:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Perform monthly customer invoicing and credit notes
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Liaising with Accounts Executives (Sales Department) on quotations and work tickets
- Assist with yearly sales budget and monthly sales forecast
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 with mathematics and Accounting or a finance related qualification
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years generalist experience in a financial environment
- Experience in financial packages (ERP) like Accpac, Monarch and Acumatica will be an added advantage
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel Formulas)
- Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment will be advantageous
Skills and Competencies:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interest in administration and numerical ability
- Advanced reporting and Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
- Able to work independently as a well as part of a team
- Self
- Motivated, energetic and can demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
