Job Desciption:


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Perform monthly customer invoicing and credit notes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Liaising with Accounts Executives (Sales Department) on quotations and work tickets
  • Assist with yearly sales budget and monthly sales forecast

Educational Requirements:


  • Grade 12 with mathematics and Accounting or a finance related qualification

Experience Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years generalist experience in a financial environment
  • Experience in financial packages (ERP) like Accpac, Monarch and Acumatica will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel Formulas)
  • Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment will be advantageous

Skills and Competencies:


  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interest in administration and numerical ability
  • Advanced reporting and Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
  • Able to work independently as a well as part of a team
  • Self
  • Motivated, energetic and can demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
