Guest Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Client in delivering a memorable guest experiences.
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service and feels like a VIP.
Salary Structure:

Requirements:
- Hospitality/Consumer Studies qualification _advantageous_
- Min 2 years previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role _preferred_.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality service.
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and facilities.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in guest areas.
- Collect and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote special events, offers, and promotions
- Provide assistance to sales team with administrative tasks as required
