Guest Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Client in delivering a memorable guest experiences.


As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service and feels like a VIP.

Requirements:


  • Hospitality/Consumer Studies qualification _advantageous_
  • Min 2 years previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role _preferred_.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality service.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed.
  • Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and facilities.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in guest areas.
  • Collect and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote special events, offers, and promotions
  • Provide assistance to sales team with administrative tasks as required
