We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Professional to join our team for a prestigious hotel construction project in Sandton.

As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the hotel's interior spaces.


Responsibilities:


  • Install flooring materials such as tiles, hardwood, laminate, carpet, and vinyl according to project specifications
  • Prepare subfloors and ensure they are level, smooth, and clean before installation
  • Interpret flooring plans and layouts to ensure accurate installation
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate flooring work
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards and client expectations
  • Safely use and maintain tools and equipment related to flooring installation

Requirements:
