Description
Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients- Present, promote and sell products
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Informing customers of new product offerings
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Base retention attending to client needs
- Achieve sales target as set by the company
- Own Vehicle
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
