- Ensuring that STR achieves the predetermined targets / budget
- Telesales and maintenance of records / quotes register/ prospects
- Weekly and monthly reporting of stock count and utilisation
- Overall responsibility to ensure quality of customer interaction and service (drive customer service excellence, ensure good communication with customer, developing and fostering partnerships with and tailormade solutions for clients
