Senior IT Support Technician - Montague Gardens - R20,000 - R30,000 per month
The manufacturer requires the above to troubleshoot and resolve all IT, hardware, and software issues.


Duties:


  • Resolve desktop issues
  • Install and configure software and hardware on PC's and laptops
  • Ensure systems are backed up
  • Document all tasks
  • First line support
  • Strong understanding of Server software, Active Directory on MS Server, TCP/IP, IT infrastructures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role & ITrelated degree/diploma
  • MS Office (excellent)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Frontend
  • Programming in VB/VB.NET
  • WordPress development would be an advantage
  • Some graphics experience is required
