Applications are invited for a vacancy exists for a dynamic and driven Quality Controller to join a team based at Cape Town. This role reports directly to the Technical Manager, in the Integrated Business Unit.**
Minimum Requirements:
  • South African citizen;
  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4 equivalent);
  • Clear criminal record;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in operations or contract management;
  • Understanding of the health care environment;
  • Strong Microsoft skills must be competent in MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staff
  • Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail;
  • Good understanding of technical works execution

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Standard of housekeeping in the facility & staff adherence to PPE;
  • Quality of machinery & equipment;
  • Adherence to machinery & equipment SLA as per manufacturing manual;
  • Health & Safety compliance;
  • Auditing of work orders, workinprogress & complete;
  • Drive internal auditing & preparation of external audits;
  • ISO standards maintained;
  • Building inspections to ascertain quality of work carried out;
  • Sign off projects and works against scope;
  • Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
