We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our upscale luxury restaurant in the vibrant city of Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee and manage aspects of daily restaurant operations.
Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of management experience in an upmarket or luxury restaurant setting.
Proven track record of successful team leadership and development.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with a focus on maintaining highquality standards.
