We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our upscale luxury restaurant in the vibrant city of Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and manage aspects of daily restaurant operations.

Team Management:

Customer Experience:
- Uphold and enhance the restaurant's reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure effective communication between staff and patrons.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in an upmarket or luxury restaurant setting.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and development.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on maintaining highquality standards.
