Manage and control overtime tracking sheet & ensure OT process followed

  • Value/Turner invoice processing & reconciliations
  • Accounts payable recons/maintenance
  • Perform month end WIP transactions on SAP
  • Production order analysis
  • Purchase price variance analysis
  • Freight Analysis
  • Purchasing condition maintenance
  • Duty & Freight clearing (monthly)
  • Month end journals preparation
  • Prepare weekly WOR presentations
  • Prepare monthly Finance presentation
  • Prepare monthly maintenance tracking sheets
  • Maintain costing files & RFQ's
  • Complete and submit all STASTSA templates
  • Assist with preparation of weekly Forecasts for review with FM
  • Stock Adjustments & verifications (MNF and DC)
  • Prepare and facilitate stock takes
  • Complete and submit all STASTSA templates
  • New Vendor portal uploads and maintenance
  • Adhoc finance duties
  • Sky harbor
