Description

External Sales:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

- Conduct client visits to demonstrate product offerings and services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Internal Sales:

- Process customer orders and follow up on sales leads.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Driver's License (minimum code 8) and own a reliable vehicle

Proven experience in sales; experience in lighting and technical sales is highly advantageous:

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

Ambitious and target-driven with a keen eye for assessing processes and optimizing sales strategies

Work independently under pressure to achieve Sales Targets, and be a Team player:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills

Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Remuneration Package:

Basic Salary R7500 Plus R500 Attendance Bonus Plus 2-7% Commission
