Trading Intern - Parow, South Africa - Strategic Fuel Fund
Description
The Strategic Fuel Fund Association (SFF), a subsidiary of the Central Energy Fund (CEF), manages crude oil storage facilities in the Western Cape, and environmental protection against oil pollution.
Purpose
- To assist gathering market information on the supply and demand of crude oil and petroleum products in the Southern African market and to use this information to calculate estimates of imported and offer prices for crude oil and petroleum products in the market.
Responsibilities
- Market reports on the demand and supply balance of crude oil and petroleum products
- Modelling of local market trading prices (landed cost + trading margins) for crude oil and petroleum products.
Qualification

- B. Com (majoring in finance)
- B. Sc. (Applied or Pure Mathematics)
